• Enquiry data: wedding date, venue name, church or civil service venue, and the content of any message you send us.

3. How we use your data and our lawful basis

• To respond to your enquiry — lawful basis: your consent when you submit the contact form, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries about our services.
• To provide our services if you go on to engage us — lawful basis: performance of a contract.

• To keep the website secure and functioning — lawful basis: legitimate interest.

4. How long we keep your data

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted unless you become a client. Client records are kept for 7 years after the end of our engagement to meet UK tax and accounting requirements.
